Description of Services: A free prenatal group education and nutrition support program for pregnant individuals and young adults (teens) who have a difficult time accessing healthy food * partners or a support person are also encouraged to attend

Sessions cover topics including:

  • fetal development
  • healthy relationships
  • labour and birth
  • postpartum and newborn care
  • breastfeeding and community supports

About Us

A free prenatal nutrition program for pregnant women and teens and their partner or support person. Learn about having a healthy baby, how to care for yourself during pregnancy and after baby is born, how to prepare healthy meals, how to make healthy lifestyle choices, and learn about other community programs and supports available to you.
