24-hour helpline and walk-in crisis supports connect people with counsellors who understand the complexities of woman abuse * provides support to women affected by woman abuse, as well as concerned family members, friends, or neighbours Counsellors provide immediate crisis support, safety planning, and ongoing support and education * callers given information about services offered by Women's Rural Resource Centre and throughout the community * referrals provided where appropriate |
